El-Rio Center for Women and Children Empowerment shares the vision of Living Spring Fellowship and seeks to exemplify the following core values.
Recognize the gifts and relevance of people through the Technical. Skills. Center
Having been called to faith and receiving one baptism from the same Lord, we will strive to recognize and value the gift in one another and our equality for the glory of God. We will acknowledge and celebrate our equality by valuing the services of and for one another as the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12; Galatians 3:28).
Investing our resources wisely in the Least. Of These..
We will strive to be responsible in making godly decisions that will help us invest our resources wisely, including being good stewards of our time and talents and acknowledging that everything we have comes from God. In that regard, we will expect that every Living Spring member invest at least 10% of income into the work of missions and other ministries of the church (Proverbs 3:9-10; Proverbs 11:24-25; 2 Corinthians 9:7; Matthew 6:20).
Navigate to reach the community with holistic Health and Educational Services.
we will strive to know and serve our community in a way that honors God through words and deeds (John 15:13; 1 John 3:16-19).
Gently reconcile and restore the weak and fallen.
We will teach reconciliation and gently seek to restore the fallen Christians in fellowship with their creator and other believers under biblical standards. (Matthew 5:23-24; Matthew 18:15; 2 Corinthians 5:20; Galatians 6:1-2).
